Bringing moms together through the sacred practice of plant medicine for a shared journey of personal growth + healing
Is this you?
You're a busy mother desperately in love with her family, but find yourself suffering bouts of anxiety, anger, overwhelm, unhappiness or even just a nagging suspicion that there's more to life than what you're experiencing now.
Somehow in between raising kids, running a home, zoom calls and keeping everyone healthy you've found yourself on a more spiritual path but feel confused on where to go next.
You feel surprisingly out of place in the world you once knew.
You are having a hard time reconciling the trauma from the pandemic of the last two years, the political divide in our country and/or a feeling of doom or dread that you just can't shake.
You've grown tired of the addictions and poor habits in your life that are starting to feel all-consuming.
You're ready to let go of childhood trauma so you can show up as the best version of yourself for your family.
You've been growing spiritually, but want to go deeper.
You've been interested in plant medicine for a while but have no idea how/where to start.
You're miserable, and you're ready to make a change in the way you live your life.
This is the community you've been looking for.
ALL MOMS WELCOME!
The only requirement is an open heart
Since March 2020, the world has shifted in ways we never thought possible, and the trauma that's ensued has left mothers worldwide not only scrambling to maintain a sense of normalcy in the home, but also desperate to find peace and understanding in a divisive and chaotic world.
Our sense of community and access to gatherings we once took for granted may never look the same, but that does not mean we aren't mourning that loss, while remaining desperate for connection.
M.O.M aims to bridge the gap between uncertainty and community by gently revitalizing the frayed edges through the intentional exploration of plant medicine, group sessions, education and open-hearted soul searching. Maybe you identify with one or more of the below? If so, this course is for you!
you're seeking a greater understanding of the world around you and your place in it
you're ready for transformational personal healing
you are disenfranchised by traditional methods of healing mental health issues
you have experienced a profound spiritual awakening and are ready to go deeper
you have been feeling the call to plant medicine but want a safe, informative space to pursue it
you're looking for a natural, sustainable way to improve your health/wellbeing and lifestyle
you'd like to give up some addictive substances in your life like alcohol, cigarettes, caffeine, junk food, sugar
you want to overcome anxiety, depression, hopelessness, anger, overwhelm, fear
Spirituality + Wellness
Are you ready to expand?
“A circle of women can provide a container for emergence in a way that a woman alone or even a one-to-one relationship cannot. Intimate relationships and even friendships can break or at least be greatly strained by life changes. But from the combined wisdom and energy of a small group of women who are committed to ‘hearing each other into speech,’ continuity and trust can develop that can be relied on over the ling term. And, witnessing each person’s direct knowing of her truth, we can be empowered to live our own.”
– The Feminine Face of God
I knew I wanted to learn about plant medicine but didn’t know how to go about it in a way that worked for me. When Tracey shared her experience with this medicine I knew that I had found the right person who could help guide the process in a way that was respectful, encouraging, and fun. I have learned so much about not only this medicine but about myself and our bi weekly zoom calls are a true lifeline and something I am so grateful for.

Tracey has such a warm, funny, authentic spirit and I really loved her course! The material was presented in a super accessible way and I loved the Zoom calls with other moms. It was so nice to feel a sense of community after being so isolated for the past couple of years. Plant medicine has been so integral to my growth and really helps me be a more patient, loving, empathetic mom.
If you are a mom and thinking about microdosing and exploring plant medicine, M.O.M. is for you. Tracey manages to honor the unique experience of every mom while also tapping into the shared experience of motherhood that ties us all together. Her encouragement, guidance and facilitation create a unique dynamic that allows you to bring your whole self to the group and integrate your microdosing experience into your life. I can not recommend this program enough!
