Tracey Tee, a mom from Denver, starts her day with a cup of tea mixed with a microdose of psilocybin, the compound found in magic mushrooms. Far from a high, Tracey says the small dose helps her stay calm, patient, and focused as she tackles motherhood and daily life. After losing her comedy career during the pandemic, she found mushrooms to be the relief she needed, helping her manage anxiety and reconnect with herself. Today, as the founder of Moms on Mushrooms (M.O.M.), Tracey leads a global movement that empowers women to explore psilocybin safely and intentionally as part of their wellness journey.

Been following the microdosing conversation for a while and it's interesting to see how people like Tracey are building real communities around it. On a completely different note, I got weirdly obsessed with an idle scratch card game last month and found Scritchy Scratchy helpful for figuring out the prestige mechanics without losing my mind.

Keep your eyes on the path ahead in Snow Rider rather than focusing only on your sled. Anticipating obstacles early allows you to prepare your moves instead of reacting at the last second.
